Meet Miss. Samten Choden, A Trailblazing CNC Technician
We are delighted to introduce Miss. Samten Choden, a 21-year-old is making history as the first female Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technician at Rigsar Mechanical Workshop in Phuentsholing. In a field traditionally dominated by men, she stands out as one of the finest technicians in our workshop.
Samten graduated from TTI Kuruthang in Punakha with certification in CNC technology. Her rare and exceptional skills have made her a valuable addition to the team at Rigsar Construction Company Pvt. Limited, setting a powerful example of determination and talent.
Since joining the company, Samten has displayed remarkable confidence and readiness for her role. Her dedication and expertise are already making a positive impact, contributing to the company’s journey of digital transformation.
